About Jedidiah:

Jedidiah: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre™ (Fan Film).

Seeing how popular the world of Fan Films has become in the last few years, the two brothers (Primeau & York) decided to venture into it themselves.  Being huge fans of the latest Chainsaw flicks, they knew exactly where to start.  But a new and original storyline would need to be written, and a completely customized Leatherface™ be designed, in order to bring both a fresh look and feel to the film.  Keeping the dark roots of the original, the style of the Remake, and fusing it with the brutality of The Beginning, Jedidiah was conceived.  With only a two man film crew, a group of passionate friends/family/actors, and a budget of just over a thousand dollars, the translation from paper to screen became a reality.

This is a non-profit production based on characters created by Kim Henkel and Tobe Hooper & Scott Kosar.  "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"™, "Leatherface"™, and all related characters, names, and indicia are © River City Films, Inc. and New Line Productions, Inc.

Side note:

We have an amazing group of friends/actors that have helped put this project together. Filming in the cold, wet & even snow has made this project tough & over the course of 2 months we have almost reached the end of filming. The films length will have a running time between 30 to 45 minutes. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED.
